Two companies trade under their own names today. The remainder of the group is organised and filed, but not yet operating. This page identifies which is which.
Humaneers, LLC
HR, payroll, IT, and finance serving every subsidiary from Day one. This is the operational basis for benefits beginning at closing. Arizona, formed 2024.
Bond & Basin Poolworks
Pool and outdoor living service, operated under the group.
BlueLine Services, LLC
A trades and facilities roll-up, and the internal facilities backbone for the group. Organised, with a target activation of 2027. It is not operating today and nothing on this site depends on it.
Public Benefit Enterprises
The mission platform and the parent of the mission subsidiaries, governed separately from the operating companies by design. Organised, not yet trading.
Several companies in the group carry no public brand at all, by design: a holding company and a general partner do not need one. The entity picture is set out in the Straight Answers on the seller page.
