DMX McArthur & Company is the trade name of DMX McArthur Holdings, LLC, the operating holding company, organized in Arizona. Holdings, LLC is wholly owned by DMX McArthur Holdings LP, an Arizona limited partnership, active on the Arizona Secretary of State register at file 2029958. Control of the group is held through the general partner, DMX McArthur GP Services, LLC, and does not depend on any economic percentage. Entity-level economics are separated from portfolio operations, and all intercompany transactions are documented at fair-market value with conflict-of-interest review.
